By accessing our website, purchasing a digital product, enrolling in a program, booking a consultation, or engaging our consulting, coaching, fractional HR, training, or speaking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our Services

Envision Greatness provides leadership development and management consulting services, including fractional HR, executive and leadership coaching, culture and conflict mediation, training and professional development, keynote speaking, group coaching cohorts (such as The Truth Table), and digital products such as eBooks and workbooks. Specific engagements (scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees) are governed by the applicable service agreement, proposal, or program enrollment terms, which supplement these Terms & Conditions.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or copy or republish our content without permission.

Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Fees for consulting, coaching, and fractional HR engagements are set out in your service agreement or proposal. Program deposits (such as the deposit for The Truth Table) are non-refundable once paid. Digital product purchases (such as eBooks) are final sale unless otherwise stated at checkout. Recurring engagements (such as fractional HR retainers) require the applicable minimum engagement term stated in your agreement.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Consultations, coaching sessions, and speaking engagements are scheduled in advance. We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel; specific cancellation windows and any applicable fees will be set out in your service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All frameworks, materials, content, and methodologies we provide, including the Empathy Bridge Framework™, are the intellectual property of Envision Greatness (or its respective owners, as applicable) and are provided for your internal use in connection with our engagement only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.

Email and SMS Communications

By providing your email address or phone number and opting in, you agree to receive email and/or SMS/text communications from us as described in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time, and reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
